1、 Purpose

　　Hgw9-10 (10W) outdoor high-voltage disconnector is suitable for cutting off and closing single-phase or three-phase circuit with no load and voltage in power system with AC 50Hz and rated working voltage of 10kV

　　2、 Structural features

　　The disconnector is composed of base, post insulator, conductive part, safety hook and other parts. The disconnector adopts knife switch structure to cut off and close the circuit. Each phase knife switch is composed of two conductive blades. Compression springs are installed on both sides of the blades. The height of the adjusting spring can get the contact pressure required by the switch. When the switch is opened and closed, it is operated by insulating hook rod, The switch has a self-locking device

　　4、 Scope of application

　　Gw9-12 (W) series outdoor high-voltage disconnector is a single pole high-voltage switchgear. It is used for opening and closing circuits when there is voltage or no load in outdoor 12 kV line network. Equipped with fixed pull hook and self-locking device, flexible and reliable, using insulated hook bar operation. The antifouling outdoor high-voltage disconnector can meet the requirements of users in severely polluted areas, and can effectively solve the pollution flashover during the operation of the disconnector

　　5、 Environmental conditions for use

　　1. The altitude shall not exceed 1000m;

　　2. Ambient air temperature: upper limit + 40 ℃, lower limit - 30 ℃ in general area and - 40 ℃ in alpine area;

　　3. The wind pressure shall not exceed 700pa. (equivalent to wind speed of 34m / s);

　　4. The seismic intensity shall not exceed 8 degrees;

　　5. No frequent and violent vibration place;

　　6. The general installation site shall be free of gas, steam, chemical deposition, salt mist, dust and other explosive and corrosive substances that seriously affect the insulation and conductivity of the disconnector;

　　7. The antifouling type is applicable to the areas with heavy pollution, but it shall not cause fire and explosion.
